Several Iranian IRGC commanders confirmed killed in US-Israel strikes
Several Iranian high-ranking commanders in Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) have been killed in US-Israeli strikes, according to Iranian news media reports.
In a first move, IRGC spokesperson Ali Mohammad Naini was killed.

Naini “was martyred in the criminal cowardly terrorist attack by the American-Zionist side at dawn,” the IRGC said in a statement on their Sepah News website.
In addition, Iranian news media also reported the death of Mehdi Qureishi, a commander in the IRGC’s aerospace force, who they said was killed in Israeli and US strikes in Isfahan and the death of General Esmail Ahmadi, the commander of the Basij intelligence unit, who had been killed on Thursday in a US-Israeli strike alongside three other unnamed people.
Israel and the US have launched strikes on Iran since February 28. One of the top targets is high-ranking commanders of the IRGC, the military and the Basij Force in addition to government figures.
On the very first day of the strikes, Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was killed.
