Airports in two Russian cities resume flights after temporary restrictions
Airports in the Russian cities of Kazan and Nizhnekamsk, located to the east of Moscow, lifted temporary restrictions on flights, which had been introduced earlier for security reasons, Russia’s aviation watchdog said on Wednesday.
