Paul is the Head of the Nature Region at NEOM, the sustainable development taking shape in north west Saudi Arabia. For more than 25 years, Dr Marshall has worked with leading conservation organizations, advising governments and international agencies on biodiversity, conservation planning, applied research and protected area management. His previous roles have been with the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority and UNESCO.
