Ivanka Trump has weighed in on the ongoing protests currently gripping several Iranian cities and said she was inspired by the ‘bravery and courage’ of the Iranian people.
“Inspired by the heroism & bravery of the peaceful protesters in Iran. We must stand by the Iranian people as they seek freedom from tyranny,” Ivanka tweeted on Monday.

Her tweet on Monday follows her father, US President Donald Trump, who has been vocal on Twitter about the protests in Iran since they erupted last week.
Ten people were killed overnight in Iran, local media reported, bringing the death toll after four days of protests to 12.
