Brazil’s Neymar sends out a message to Syrian refugees

Brazilian footballer Neymar has sent out a video message welcoming two young Syrian boys to his country after he heard that the two young fans had waited for the top footballer at his hotel. The brothers, who are seven and 10 years old, received a message from the FC Barcelona player that was aired on a local Brazilian TV channel.
