Saudi Arabia is striving to build affordable homes for its citizens, the majority of whom are young. The government has plans to build 1.5 million homes over the next five years, estimated to cost over $100 billion.
The Saudi housing ministry had been striking deals abroad, especially with Asian companies in China and Korea to address the country’s affordable housing shortage.
Fastbrick Robotics has the unique technology of using automated bricklaying with which around 50,000 homes can be constructed in Saudi Arabia.
