Rainfall, lower temperatures expected this weekend in UAE

UAE is expected to receive light to moderate rainfall, with partly cloudy to cloudy skies across the country on Sunday and Monday, according to the National Center of Meteorology’s (NCM) weather forecast.

Some parts in the north, east and near the coast are likely to receive heavy rainfall.

A decrease in temperatures is also expected.

The forecast warns of strong wind reaching speeds of 45 kilometers per hour on Sunday, which may cause blowing of dust.

The Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea will range from moderate to rough on both days.
