Popular reality star Kim Kardashian has turned heads once again by posting a picture of herself topless, to wish Givenchy’s designer and friend Riccardo Tisci a happy 40th birthday.
“I love you soooo much!!! Can’t wait to celebrate with you tonight!!!!” the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star captioned the photo
The pictures shows a profile of her entire body as she kneels on the floor wearing nothing but ripped sheer black pantyhose.
Tisci designed 33-year-old Kim’s wedding dress for her wedding with rapper Kanye West in Italy last May.
With a large smile on her face, the mother of one-year-old North West placed her arms in a strategic sport to hide her breasts in the picture, as two men raised a massive white veil over her head.
It is not the first time Kim has gone topless, having done a shoot for Playboy magazine and more recently featuring in West’s Bound 2 video.
